What a true transformation. The front exterior of the home features painted brick, oversized black iron metal windows, & an enlarged front porch.  Interior ceiling heights were raised and vaulted in all common spaces giving much needed volume to each room.  Space was taken from the existing master closet to give the master bath the needed size increase & took some flex space in the back of the home to produce a grand walk-in closet.
