Matthew Rice began his real estate career driving in the fast lane and has never looked back. Beginning as an avid investor buying properties, he immediately recognized a void in the agent/broker community. The need for an authentic, hands-on, full-service brokerage capable of successfully navigating buyer, seller and investor relationships simultaneously drove Matthew to form The Trophy Group.
